I don't give talks that leave audiences with tidy answers. I'm more interested in the questions that stay with people after they leave the room and the ones that keep working on them.
My speaking focuses on leadership and what it actually asks of us, transformation and what it costs, and the challenge of staying human in systems that often prefer we didn't.
I work best with audiences ready to be unsettled. Not provoked for its own sake, but genuinely invited to examine assumptions they didn't know they were carrying.
What people tend to say afterward: it wasn't what they expected. Something opened. They're still thinking about it.

What do you do when you don't know what to do? Leaders are trained to manage risk — weigh the odds, forecast, plan. But the decisions that count are made under uncertainty, where the data is ambiguous and no right answer is waiting to be found. I explore why the very tools that made us successful can keep us stuck, and how the capacity to not know well becomes the most senior leadership skill of all.

What did you have to give up the last time you actually changed? Real transformation isn't an upgrade — it's a breakup. Something has to end: a role, an identity, a story about who you are. I explore why we cling to what we've outgrown, and how endings — grieved properly — free us into fuller lives and more honest work.

We manage thousands of connections and feel less held by any of them. Attention has become the scarcest resource; trust, the most valuable currency — and both are being quietly re-engineered by tools we barely understand. This isn't a talk about innovation.
