Speaking
Speaker Profile
I don't give talks that leave audiences with tidy answers. I'm more interested in the questions that stay with people after they leave the room and the ones that keep working on them.
My speaking focuses on leadership and what it actually asks of us, transformation and what it costs, and the challenge of staying human in systems that often prefer we didn't.
I work best with audiences ready to be unsettled. Not provoked for its own sake, but genuinely invited to examine assumptions they didn't know they were carrying.
What people tend to say afterward: it wasn't what they expected. Something opened. They're still thinking about it.
Topics I speak on:
Leadership in Transition
What happens when the leadership identity that got you here stops working? How do we navigate the disorientation of growth and develop presence that doesn't depend on having the answers?
Transformation: Breaking Up to Break Through
Real transformation requires letting something end. Drawing on psychology, literature, and lived experience, I explore how breaking with the past roles, identities and certainties can free us into fuller lives and more honest work.
Technology and the Human Experience
We're being reshaped by technologies we barely understand. This isn't a talk about innovation but an invitation to ask what kind of humans we're becoming, and whether that's what we want.
